Terms
- Setup fee: $500, waived when you commit to 6 months.
- Minimum term: 3 months, then month to month.
- Included: on-page fixes such as titles, descriptions and schema. Not included: development work and ad spend.
- We'll need access to your website, social accounts and brand assets during setup.
Questions about plans
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $1,000 CAD a month, with Growth at $2,000 and Scale at $3,500. Every plan lists exactly what you get each month. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. After an initial three-month term to get things moving, it runs month to month. We'd rather earn the next month.
Do you use automation or AI?
Yes, we built our own tools for research, scheduling, monitoring and reporting, which is how we keep prices sensible. But a person reviews every post, reply and email before it goes out.
Who owns my accounts and data?
You do. Your social profiles, ad accounts, Google Business Profile and email lists stay in your name. If you leave, everything stays with you.
Where is your team?
NetForceLabs Pvt. Ltd. was founded in India in 2012, and our delivery team works from India. We have a Canadian business contact, serve clients across Canada and internationally, and schedule calls and reporting in your time zone.
Do you build websites?
Website design and development is handled by our sister company, StartBuilds (startbuilds.com). If your site needs work before marketing can pay off, we'll tell you and can introduce you.
